We'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support over the years. Since starting out as a small Canadian based company, located in Ottawa, Canada, some 20 years ago our customers are now located from Newfoundland, Canada, to as far away as Hawaii and Puerto Rico and in most US States
Although our customer base has expanded over the years, our commitment to providing quality products guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction remains the same. We pride ourselves in providing personal and prompt service, and we do our utmost to fill all orders within 24 hours.
We have excellent products which we keep competively priced. However, at this time to reflect the current US/Canadian rate of exchange, reluctantly we are forced to increase prices for our U.S. customers.
At the same time due to increased costs from our supplier, you will note an increase in our Canadian prices. Therefore, effective August 15, 2007 our new price list will take effect. We will monitor the situation to keep our prices abreast with the US/Canada exchange rates.
